He managed to cut with his hands a 3-year-old who fell from the 12th floor of a palace.
Nguyen Ngoc Manh, 31, was standing in his car when he heard screams, which caught his attention and made him get out of the car.
He saw a little girl hanging from a balcony on the 12th floor of a palace.
Manh immediately looked for a way to save him. He climbed to a roof and found the position to wait and rescue the little girl.
“I tried to extend my hand and did my best to catch the girl. “Fortunately, the baby fell into my lap.” said the 31-year-old.
The girl is in stable condition and is in hospital.
