Rescue teams are searching for citizens under rubble in the eastern Ukrainian city of Dnipro today after a Russian rocket attack, the governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region said.
Valentyn Reznichenko claimed that Russian forces had fired six rockets into the region, where railway infrastructure and an industrial enterprise had been damaged in the city and a utility company was burning.
