Specialists of the Crime Investigation Section at the Police Commissariat no. 2, following the work to crack down on illegality, after several months of thorough investigative work, based on the information obtained on the operational road for the illegal activity of prostitution in 2 massage centers, successfully organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “SPA ”.
As a result of this operation, the citizens were detained:
– JD, 30 years old and RL, 20 years old, both residents of Tirana, for the criminal offense “Keeping premises for prostitution”.
Citizens JD and RL administered two massage centers, in the area called “Former Bloc” and in the area called “December 21”.
In addition to the activity registered as a massage center, illegal prostitution was also practiced in these premises.
Following the actions, the citizens A. Ll., Xh. Were prosecuted at large. T., for the criminal offense “Prostitution” and AL, for the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime”.
Also, in the framework of this operation, the citizens PN and ED were declared wanted. The work for their capture continues.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further procedural actions.
