Albin Kurti: This meeting of governments sounds more effective and real than ever before. Today, the cooperation between the two countries should spark enthusiasm. This collaboration has never been qi close. When there are no unresolved political problems, success in other areas is indisputable. EU membership remains our permanent goal. In the last meeting we reached some agreements, which are currently realized and implemented. We are working on agreements signed in the past. All the agreements that will be approved today have the facilitation of the lives of the citizens by building the common infrastructure for solving the problems. I am mentioning the student admission agreement, or the establishment of study groups. It is a property to speak the language of the result. Our expectations are real. We still have to determine the speed of their implementation, in the next six months we will have results. Today, Albanians live better than ever. We must measure our progress with developed countries, where a good part of our citizens have fled. This will be the judgment of our history for us.
