Democratic Party Chairman Lulzim Basha made a brief statement after signing with the Socialist Movement for Integration.
During his speech, Basha said that every dream will become a reality and that the common journey starts today.
The leader of the Democrats further said that their promises are not empty, comparing them with those of the government.
“Every hope starts with a dream come true, our joint journey to make a difference begins today. Our alliance has joined forces to make a difference. After 8 years of failures, Albania has been in the number one place. In recent weeks I have met with Albanians all over the country, I feel the enthusiasm that with spring comes change. On my behalf of the DP and our coalition I commit that I will not disappoint, we will bring a bright future. Albanians are strong, but Albania deserves good governance, so in recent weeks they have presented our plans for health, economy… to stop the international catastrophe of immigration. These are not empty promises from what the Prime Minister makes again, these are work plans that will be realized. “Now is the time to change, to go to every street, house to house and to guarantee victory”, said Basha.
