Intelligent vehicles identified vehicles moving at speeds from 191 km / h to 244 km / h at the Fier Bypass. On the road axis Levan – Tepelena, drivers who were traveling at speeds from 141 km / h to 176 km / h were punished.
112 administrative measures were imposed on drivers, police reports:
- 45 drivers who, in addition to speeding above the allowed norm, also used their mobile device while driving;
- 41 drivers who, in addition to speeding above the allowed norm, had not fastened their seat belts, as well as
- 30 drivers who were punished for all three violations together, for speeding above the allowed norm, for using a mobile phone while driving, as well as for not wearing a seat belt.
Administrative measures against these drivers have varied up to 90,000 ALL.
