What I am sure of is that the Berlin Process from 2013-2018 has failed. This difference with the Berlin process and Albania’s rejection has forced an alternative process that has American support with designer George Soros. What I want to say is that the image of the five states shows a leadership and if there is someone who protects Europe from a conflict in the Balkans, this is the merit of Edi Rama.
