Simon Miraka’s candidacy as a member of the Former State Security Files Authority was rejected this Thursday in the Assembly.

The Socialists have decided to reject Miraka’s candidacy after he was proposed in the Assembly with the signature of Sali Berisha and the latter did not withdraw from the supporting firms.

64 deputies voted against, only 17 in favor and one abstained.

The composition of the Commission for Electoral and Territorial Reform has also been approved.
