Dear Graduates!
You have the first exam tomorrow and I could not stay without sending you a message of support and congratulations for this moment, which has an important weight to continue in the next phase, that of higher studies.
Returning to normalcy after a tiring period of pandemics, helped us during these months to be all more focused on state maturity. I know that you have worked hard, together with your teachers to supplement the knowledge gained during online learning and to prepare through consultations, orientation program and preliminary tests.
This year, as we have informed you, there are some innovations, which I want to share with you once again to encourage you to take advantage of them.
Especially you who will study in Albania should be very optimistic:
1. Because the quality of higher education in the country, thanks to the process of internationalization, is increasing every day.
2. Meanwhile, a few days ago we defined the study programs ‘national priority’, which will offer you not only exemption from fees, but also financial support with scholarships.
3. Many programs are already more accessible for you who will be pursuing higher education.
But remember, when making a choice, in addition to your inclinations and passion, consider those programs that the labor market and the development of the country need, in order to increase employment opportunities in the future.
But the first step towards the university are the Matura exams. I would advise you to work calmly and confidently, but also confidently in the process. After all, we have worked hard to take all the measures from the design of the test, the necessary conditions in the examination centers, to the evaluation with maximum accuracy, everything for you to give your maximum.
And finally, remember, please respect the rules during the exam, not only for yourself, but also in respect of friends, graduates and other graduates.
Thank you very much to all the teachers and parents for the support they have given you, not only for this process, but throughout your schooling period.
