The most famous song talent discoverer Simon Cowell has surprised the viewers of Britain’s Got Talent program by casting doubts on whether the British queen will be able to participate in this year’s performance of “Royal Variety”.
The well-known 62-year-old producer made the comments while talking to comedian Ben Nickless over the weekend, but many viewers complained that he was predicting ‘her death’.
Every year the winner of the well-known talent program, is invited to perform in front of the queen in Variety, but Simon raised unusual doubts whether the queen will be in good health, as he did not show up at several anniversary events last week.
When asked about the winners to perform in front of the queen, he added: “We hope the queen is there.”
Immediately a wave of commentators on the network thought “for the worst”.
“After what Simon said, one might think that the queen is leaving us with health .. he said that the queen is falling like a punctured balloon,” wrote a radical commentator.
“Simon knows she is leaving us,” wrote another.
Someone else wrote, “Did not Simon say that the queen would be dead by the time of Variety?”
The program “Britain’s Got Talent” was won on Sunday by comedian Axel Blake.
Simon Coëell described Axel as a ‘star’ and the comedian is now looking forward to appearing at the Royal Variety Performance.
Simon – who is also the creator of the program, said: “I’m very excited for you, I believe we have found a ‘star.'”
