The prosecution has requested today the measure of arrest in prison, for 4 persons, who abused the works in the prosecution body. The building of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan was taken over in December 2017.
In the beginning of the summer months of 2020 in the cooling system were noticed some problems that had to do with the malfunction of the Chiller apparatus installed by the construction company (subcontractor).
Subsequently, with the approach of the winter period (around November), it turned out that the Chiller device did not work at all in terms of the heating process in the institution. From some verifications and preliminary data received from specialists in the field it has resulted that the device in question was out of operation.
Following the continuous communications and the institution of the General Prosecutor’s Office, a group of specialists was sent for verification in the country and the same problem resulted.
Fraud for the works in the Prosecution, prison is required for 4 people.
1- Ded Maluta as a person suspected of the criminal offense of “Forgery of documents” provided by Article 186/2 of the Criminal Code and “Fraud with serious consequences”, provided by Article 143/3 of the Criminal Code committed in collaboration .
2- Vladimir Maluta, as a person suspected of the criminal offense of “Forgery of documents” provided by Article 186/2 of the Criminal Code and “Fraud with serious consequences”, provided by Article 143/3 of the Criminal Code committed in cooperation.
3- Ardian Lloshi, as a person suspected of the criminal offense of “Forgery of documents” provided by Article 186/2 of the Criminal Code and “Fraud with serious consequences”, provided by Article 143/3 of the Criminal Code committed in cooperation.
4- Ibrahim Dragoshi, as a person suspected of committing the criminal offense of “Fraud with serious consequences” provided by Article 143/3 of the Criminal Code and “Falsification of documents” provided by Article 186/2 of the Criminal Code and “Fraud with serious consequences”, provided by Article 143/3 of the Criminal Code committed in collaboration.
Investigative actions have shown that these citizens, in the entities they administer, have committed violations for the works that have been carried out in the building of an institution, specifically in the air conditioning and boiler system, which have resulted in defect and out of use after installation.
