Specialists of the Crime Investigation Section in the Local Police Directorate of Shkodra, following the investigative work to fully document the event that occurred on 22.03.2022, in the neighborhood “Skëndërbeg” in Shkodra, where a firearm was fired in the direction of a business (bakery), have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed “Bakery”.
As a result of this operation, in cooperation with the Special Operational Force in DVP Shkodra, it became possible to locate and apprehend the wanted citizen Sadet Sala 28 years old, resident in the village Barbullush.
For this citizen, the Court of the Shkodra Judicial District, with the decision dated 03.04.2022, has imposed the security measure “Arrest in prison” for the criminal offenses “Premeditated murder”, remaining attempted and “Illegal possession of weapons.”
Investigative actions have shown that the citizen SS shot with a firearm in the direction of the citizen AN, 32 years old, resident in Shkodra, who after a conflict for weak motives with the citizen 28 years old, shot first in the direction of business in owned by him, in the neighborhood “Skënderbeg”, Shkodër. Only material damage was caused by the shooting.
