The voting process for the election of the new chairman of the Democratic Party in Lezha officially begins.
The voting process has started in the three municipalities of Lezha region, who will vote between the two candidates, former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and Ibsen Elezit.
In total, 3870 members will vote in Lezha, 1200 members in Mirdita, and 1700 members in Kurbin.
The elections are taking place in 108 polling stations, where the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha is placed first on the ballot paper and Ibsen Elezi the second.
The elections for the Chairman of the Democratic Party of Albania will be held through the principle of one member one vote.
