COVID19 / Ministry of Health: 871 tests, 49 infected citizens, no loss of life and 31 cured in the last 24 hours
The Ministry of Health appeals to citizens to be vaccinated as soon as possible, to protect themselves and the health of others. AntiCOVID vaccines reduce the chance of infection and greatly avoid hospitalizations and fatalities.
Every citizen over 12 years old can be vaccinated in health centers.
MSHMS appeals to all citizens vaccinated with two doses, to go to health centers or centralized vaccination points, to be vaccinated with the third booster dose.
Citizens over the age of 60 and those with weakened immunity, who have passed 4-6 months after taking the third dose, can get the fourth dose of the anti-Covid vaccine, as recommended by the family doctor.
If you suspect that you are affected by COVID19 or have signs of the disease, isolate yourself immediately and contact your family doctor to be tested as soon as possible or call the National Emergency on the unique number 127.
We inform you about the situation in the last 24 hours, as follows: 871 tests were performed, of which 49 citizens tested positive with COVID19, in the following municipalities:
21 in Tirana, 6 in Shkodra, 5 in Fier, 3 in Patos, Skrapar, 2 in Vlora, Saranda, Berat, 1 in Rroskovec, Lushnje, Mallakastër, Përmet, Gramsh.
There are 225 active citizens with Covid19 across the country.
Currently 5 patients are receiving treatment in COVID3 hospital. In the last 24 hours there is no loss of life with Sars-Cov2.
31 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 271,812 since the beginning of the epidemic.
