A new video has once again sparked speculation about Vladimir Putin’s health.

The video of the meeting with Lukashenko was recorded on February 18, shortly before the start of the Russian occupation of Ukraine, but is made public only now. Even in a meeting with Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, broadcast live on Russian state television last week, Putin was seen holding tightly behind the table with his right hand.
According to Anders Aslund, a Swedish economist and former adviser on Ukraine and Russia, the video shows both Putin and Shoigu looking troubled and in poor health.
