US State Department spokesman Ned Price believes Ukraine will emerge victorious from the war.
He told the BBC that Russia would be the loser in this war.
“This will be a victory for Ukraine; “It will be a strategic loss for Russia,” he said.
Asked if the US and its allies were providing enough heavy weapons, Price said: “What we have done is to send exactly what our Ukrainian partners need to avoid this Russian aggression.”
