President Erdoğan also reiterated his willingness to increase relations between the two countries.
Expressing the desire for the new US administration to lift unilateral sanctions against Iran and remove unfair obstacles to the welfare of Iranians, Erdogan said recent statements on the subject have opened a new window. of opportunities.
The Turkish president also said the most reasonable course of action for all parties is to revive the 2015 nuclear deal, formally known as the Joint General Action Plan (JCPOA).
