A 21-year-old man declared wanted has fallen into the hands of the police in Vlora, after being accused of cultivating narcotics.
The Court of the Vlora Judicial District has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the criminal offenses “Cultivation of narcotic plants”, “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Theft of electricity”, committed in cooperation.
He was declared wanted in August last year, together with FK, 45 years old and EK, 22 years old, after in a place called “Çairet”, in the village of Kaninë, during the control exercised by the Police services, in the apartment of the citizen FK were found and seized 210 kg of suspected narcotic substance cannabis. Also, during the control exercised in an environment near the apartment, adapted as a greenhouse, with illegal electricity connections, narcotic seedlings cultivated in the greenhouse and in the cube were found, as well as 52 kg of suspected cannabis, in the process of drying. .
During the operation, in August 2021, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto: AT, 61 years old, acting head of the village of Kaninë, for the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime” and GI, 51 years old, acting electrician at OSHEE, for the criminal offense “Abuse of duty.”
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
