The testimony of 61-year-old Jani Kallanxhi, who is suspected of sexually harassing his 8-year-old daughter, has already been uncovered and it is reported that Kallanxhi has raised the alibi that the girl was harassed by other people.
During the hearing for imposing the security measure, Kallanxhi stated that the owner of a restaurant together with his wife had taken the girl a few days ago, because they wanted to surprise her. After that he said that there are suspicions that the person in question has sexually harassed the girl.
He also stated that he had constantly asked for help in the Municipality and in various associations for food and to take the girl to Tirana, as he is not in good health.
Official sources from the Korça Prosecutor’s Office suggest that the 61-year-old’s accusations of involving other people are just an alibi and that the only person charged with documented sexual harassment with film evidence and evidence is her father.
