Russian police have arrested 176 people this Saturday who protested in Moscow against the occupation of Ukraine.
The OVD-Info organization, which monitors arrests in protests, reported that protesters were arrested in 14 different Russian cities.
AFP reported that more than 20 people were arrested by police in a park near the Kremlin.
Police escorted to the police station some people who were sitting in the park, reports AFP.
The national protest against what Moscow calls its “military operation” in Ukraine was announced on social media by activists in about 30 Russian cities.
