The most wanted Nuredin Dumani was caught in Fier this evening during the operation conducted by RENEA.
It is learned that Dumani was involved in the afternoon events in Elbasan where the assassination of Talo Çela, one of the most wanted names by the Albanian justice, took place.
Dumani was injured in the shoulder during the collision in Elbasan. He received first aid at the hospital in Fier and is currently being transported straight to Tirana under strict security measures.
Police received information about events that Dumani after the assassination in Elbasan left for the city of Fier and was hiding in a block of flats in the neighborhood “Apollonia”.

Who is Nuredin Dumani?
The 37-year-old is a well-known name in the underworld. As for the defendants Talo Çela and Nuredin Dumani, the court suspended the case for a year, because they have not been arrested yet.
The defendants are accused of killing brothers Viktor and Besmir Haxhia and Dorian Shkoza and Angelo Avdia.
Talo Çela is charged with 5 criminal offenses, among them, for “murder in other qualifying circumstances”, to the detriment of the victims Dorian Shkoza, Anxhelo Avdia, Besmir Haxhia and Viktor Haxhia.
Cela, who is on the run, is also accused of attempted premeditated murder of Irfan Haziz.
After the assassination of the two Haxhia brothers, the prosecution merged the two files, of the Haxhiajs and the two young men who were executed on March 2, 2020, as the Haxhia brothers had acquaintances and friendly relations with the two victims, Shkoza and Avdia.
Dorian Shkoza and Anxhelo Avdia were executed less than 1 km from the place where the Haxhia brothers were executed, by the same way and mechanism.
How the four murders happened:
