The Democratic Party submitted to the Constitutional Court a lawsuit against the decision of the Assembly not to establish a Commission of Inquiry into the ‘Becchetti’ case.
In a statement to the media at the time, Grida Duma accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of being afraid to investigate the matter, making him responsible for the 120m-euro compensation that the Albanian state must pay Becchetti, by decision of international arbitration court.
