Two people have been handcuffed in Tropoja, after engaging in illegal gambling activity.
The police informs that they have identified a case of exercising this activity in the premises of a bar, by means of mobile devices.
As a result, the following were arrested in flagrante delicto: AB, 37 years old, resident of Shoshan village, for the criminal offenses “Making available premises for illegal games” and “Hiding income”; KB, 30 years old, resident of Shoshan village, for the criminal offense “Organizing illegal lotteries”.
They were caught red-handed, organizing gambling with the help of mobile devices, in the town of Bajram Curri, in the restaurant used by the citizen AB, which was adapted for gambling.
2 mobile phones were seized as material evidence. The materials were forwarded to the Prosecutor’s Office of the Tropoja Judicial District, for further procedural actions.
