US President Joe Biden has stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin should no longer be the leader of Russia.
“For God’s sake, this man can not stay in power,” Biden said at the end of a speech at the Royal Palace in Warsaw.
Biden has called for regime change in Russia before.
On the other hand, US officials had previously said that removing Putin from power was not their goal.
“For us, it is not about regime change. The Russian people must decide who wants to lead them”Said Secretary of State Antony Blinken earlier this month.
