The court of Tirana has imposed the measure of arrest in prison for Arjan Shtëmbari who three days ago in the area of Kombinat tried to shoot a 28-year-old with a pistol after a banal conflict.
Meanwhile, the two people who clashed with him, Maksimiljan and Edison Gashi, have been released. According to the prosecution, initially there was a banal conflict between Arjan Shtëmbari and Edison Gashi. After that, 59-year-old Shtëmbari pulled out a pistol-type firearm and fired in the direction of Gashi, but fortunately without being injured, because the pistol was blocked.
He then shot Gashi several times with the pistol, injuring his head and ran away. Shtëmbari at this moment was followed by Gashi who came to the aid of Maksimiljan Gashi by shooting the 59-year-old with fists and held him until the police arrived and made the arrest.
