“While we acknowledge that Serbia was ready to find a solution, we regret that the consensus between the parties was not finally found after Kosovo’s decision to reject a constructive proposal submitted by QUINT. So, we consider this decision contrary to the commitments of Kosovo on its European path, for its European future, and contrary to the principle of protection of the democratic rights of all its citizens, including the citizens who belong to the non-majority population. Stano also said that there is no high-level meeting between Kosovo and Serbia arranged within the dialogue between the two countries but work is being done in this direction.
