Ilir Meta will continue to be the president of the country until the end of his term on July 24, 2022. The Constitutional Court decided a few weeks ago not to accept the request of the Assembly for the dismissal of Ilir Meta, saying that the President has not done “Serious violations of the Constitution” and therefore does not decide on his dismissal.
