Prime Minister Edi Rama announced that the government is preparing the “Social Resistance Package” against the consequences of the global energy crisis and the price war in Ukraine, which is taking final shape.
The Council of Ministers under the leadership of Prime Minister Edi Rama held a meeting this Saturday morning dedicated to the situation of fuel prices.
Sources from this meeting told the journalist of Top Channel, Muhamed Veliu, that a normative act was approved in this meeting through which it is intended not to allow abuses with prices.
This normative act is divided into three chapters.
Top Channel learns that the first chapter provides a host of measures to monitor fuel trading activity.
The second chapter envisages a series of steps that will be taken by all state institutions to save fuel and electricity.
While the third chapter relates to the continuing commitment of the government to subsidize the purchase of electricity so that there is no price increase for households and small business.
This normative act is expected to be made public this Saturday afternoon.
