The head of the Regional Health Authority in the southern Ukrainian city of Mykolayiv said Russian troops bombed a regional oncology hospital last night.
“Only a crawler can attack the weak. The weak ones are our patients. Only now, these monsters shelled the oncology hospital. “A hospital that provides care for cancer patients from all over the Mykolayiv region,” he said in a Facebook post.
With that, he added that he can enjoy the fact that Russia sees cancer patients, who are not just sick but in agony, as an equal opponent of others and who pose a threat to them. By this he means the fact that Russia is not trying to defeat the Ukrainian resistance and is addressing the layers of its society that are weak and powerless.
