UK Ambassador to the UN Dame Barbara Woodward has condemned Russia’s claim of uncovering biological weapons evidence in Ukraine.
Calling it “a grotesque lie,” Dame Barbara Woodward said Moscow was “sinking into new depths” with its claims and actions.
“We do not sit in this room to be an audience for Russia’s domestic propaganda, and we must not allow Russia to use its permanent territory to spread misinformation and lies,” Woodward said.
She also accused Russia of committing war crimes in Ukraine.
