Protests against the price of oil were held on Thursday afternoon and protesters blocked some of the main roads from the north to the south of the country.
Police have asked protesters to release the road and then intervened.
Earlier in the day, similar protests took place in Mirdita, Lushnje, Devoll and Vlora and Durres.
