Numerous donors have responded to the initiative of planting decorative trees in the city of Tirana, making it possible to plant 205 trees of different types.
This time they were planted along the Lana River extension. The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj said that the greenery increases the value of the area, as he gave the good news that the extension of Lana will continue from the Palace with Arrows to Kashar.
“We have added roads from the new Maternity Hospital to Shkoza, which bring not only traffic relief, but also an increase in the value of the property. On both sides of Lana the value of the property is 3 or 4 times because the investments have increased, it has become easier for the traffic coming from Fresku, Dajti, Shkoza, so we want to continue with this green corridor. We will start investing in the next extension of Lana, from the Palace of the Arrows to Kashar. The mayor expressed his gratitude to the foundations, universities and friends who joined the tree planting initiative.
