Celibashi: Regarding the last reports we received from the field, in 3 polling stations out of 942 voting did not start. After the deadline of 5 hours has passed, there are 2 centers in Shosh and one in Pult. Voting did not continue due to weather conditions, so it was considered unfinished and completed. We have continuously received reports on the issues through the online help system.
There are 13% problems for surveillance cameras, 73% for electronic devices and 15% for election administration issues and the conduct of the polling station commission. According to reports at 07:30, all polling stations were open.
We have a constant communication with all CEAZs, we have also made on-site verifications of the situation. Generally no problems are reported, there are some problems related to the way the voting process works. For the gatherings of unauthorized persons, we have communicated with the CEAZs, it has been reported that the situation has returned to normal.
