Russian forces have taken control of a psychiatric hospital in Ukraine where 670 patients receive specialized services.
Such news was reported by the governor of the region Oleksiy Kuleba.
“There are people with special needs who need constant help, many of them stay in bed for years. They are running out of water and medicine“, Declared Kuleba.
According to local sources, it was the Chechen forces who took control of the hospital, while contacts with the institution have already been cut off.
