The last day of February has marked a drastic reduction of COVID cases in our country, where during 24 hours 36 infected have been registered.
Out of 1,273 tests, 16 people in Tirana, 3 in Mirditë, Gjirokastër, 2 in Durrës, Lushnje, Vlora, Delvinë, 1 in Puka, Kukës, Fier, Mallakastër, Pogradec, Gramsh tested positive.
According to the ministry, there are 2,506 active COVID19 patients nationwide. Currently 51 patients are receiving treatment in COVID hospitals, of which 7 are in a more serious condition.
In the last 24 hours, a citizen from Saranda 63 years old, a citizen from Berat 67 years old, a citizen from Durrës 68 years old, two citizens from Tirana 72-78 years old lost the battle with the coronavirus.
313 citizens have been cured in the last 24 hours, bringing the number of cured to 265,588 since the beginning of the epidemic.
