The Israeli army killed one Palestinian and wounded five others during an attack on the Israeli-occupied village of Silat Al-Harithiy, north of the West Bank.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that 17-year-old Muhammad Abu Salah had been killed.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society announced that it had provided assistance to five people with ammunition injuries. Among them, three people were seriously injured.

On December 20 last year, Israel informed four Palestinian families in the village that they would demolish their homes because five of their relatives were accused of being involved in the December 16 shooting of settlers near Nablus, in which a settler was killed and two were injured.
