Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani in an interview with the British radio Times Radio said that Kosovo is deeply concerned about the events taking place in Ukraine.
In this interview Osmani said that she expresses support for the Ukrainian people as well as full support for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of this country.
“We believe that what is happening is a flagrant abuse of power and a violation of international law and practices by Russia. “The truth is that Ukraine is an independent state and it is up to the free and democratic people of Ukraine to make decisions about their future,” Osmani said.
According to her, NATO should play an active role in these events and hopes that a solution to this “flagrant abuse of power” will be found soon.
