Greece is shocked by the unraveling of a macabre crime that took place in Athens 5 years ago. A 7-year-old boy was killed by his mother’s partner with her approval.
The incident took place in the Kipseli neighborhood of Athens in January 2017. A 29-year-old woman was living with a Pole, who according to the evidence that is already coming to light, systematically abused her two children with her first husband, son and daughter, by beaten and left without water and food while she was constantly drunk.
On the day of the crime he had sentenced little Andrea to stand up without food and had closed his mouth with duct tape to keep him from crying, causing him to suffocate to death. While the little boy was martyred, the mother present did nothing to save him, even playing video games on the computer. The little girl and the neighbors were later told that the boy had been taken by his ex-husband, also Polish, to his home in Poland.
With her approval, the 33-year-old has placed in a special place that he has built on the roof of the house, the lifeless body of the little one. When they left that house and rented another entrance, he again put the body in a toolbox, took it with him and placed it at the bottom of a wooden sofa on the balcony of the house, where investigators found him at noon on Saturday after a search of the apartment.
The two partners who have confessed to the macabre crime have been arrested and will go to the Prosecutor’s Office on Monday.
