The owner of a restaurant in Elbasan was arrested after making the restaurant available for gambling.
10 clients in the bar were also investigated.
The owner was identified AP, 57 years old, resident in the neighborhood “5 Maji”, Elbasan, while the persons under investigation were VT, DS, MG, Sh. H., PB, SD, AB, KC, BK and BL, clients in the premises of the citizen AP.
A poker table, chips, dice, gambling cards, money and other items were seized as material evidence.
The materials were referred to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance Elbasan, for further action.
