Two people were handcuffed, while two others were prosecuted in Korça.
The border police of Kapshtica has detained the citizen Xh. H., 41 years old, resident in the village of Spolat, Lushnjë, after the Court of First Instance of Vlora sentenced this citizen to 1 month in prison for the criminal offense “Failure to provide livelihood”.
Meanwhile, the police arrested in flagrante delicto the citizen SR, 25 years old, for the criminal offenses “Production and sale of narcotics” and “Disobedience to the order of the public order police officer”, of the citizen, as this citizen in the neighborhood no. 16, Korça, disobeyed the order of the police officers to stop and running away, threw a small amount of suspected cannabis on the ground.
From these structures, criminal proceedings began in a state of freedom for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics” for citizens Gj. Sh., 29 years old and A. Ç., 28 years old, resident in Korça, because in the neighborhood no. 6, Korça, during the physical control of these citizens, the police services were found and seized as material evidence to each of them, from a small amount of suspected cannabis narcotics.
Criminal proceedings were also initiated and a search warrant was issued for the criminal offense “Theft of electricity”, for the citizen AR, 28 years old, resident in Korça, as in the neighborhood no. 8, Korça, during the control exercised by the police services in the warehouse used by this citizen, interference and damage to the electrical network was found.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Korça Court of First Instance, for further action.
