The Chairman of the Parliamentary Group of the Socialist Party Taulant Balla congratulated the Socialist Party and the Prime Minister of Portugal, António Costa, on the victory of the elections.
Through a post on the social network Facebook, Balla declares that with about 42% of the votes, Prime Minister Costa will have the absolute majority to continue governing on the principles of inclusion, justice and social equality.
Balla also notes in his note that as members of the European Socialist Party, we will continue to work together for the benefit of stronger relations between our two governments and between our two parliaments.
