The young man identified with the initials AT, is charged with the criminal offenses “Violation of traffic rules” and “Leaving the scene of the accident” after in the street “Shahin Doçi”, injured the citizen KS, 26 years old, pedestrian, and then is away from the scene, to hide the vehicle.
The 26-year-old is in the hospital, out of danger for life. Police services have blocked the “Benz” type vehicle as material evidence.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
