The session for the security measure against the main suspect Arlen Hasanaj for placing the explosive on the outside gate of the apartment of the head of the ALF, Armand Duka, has ended in the court of Durrës.
The court upheld the arrest of the 34-year-old and ordered his “arrest in prison”. The defense lawyer described the decision as unfounded in law as Hasanaj was in a shopping center in Tirana and this is proven by the images of security cameras.
According to the defense, there is no evidence to support the accusation, so the decision will be appealed. Meanwhile, the lawyer admitted that his client has an injury in his right hand, but it has nothing to do with the use of explosives.
The hearing was held behind closed doors, under high security measures.
