Specialists for Narcotics Investigation made the arrest in flagrante delicto of the citizens:
– FL, 35 years old, for the criminal offenses “Unlawful wearing of a uniform” and “Failure to report a crime”;
– GT, 24 years old, for the criminal offense “Production and sale of narcotics”.
These citizens were ascertained by the Police services, in “Ali Demi” street, and during the control in the vehicle driven by the citizen GT, a quantity of cocaine was found and seized, while the citizen FL was introduced as a police officer, presenting a wallet with Police coat of arms.
Also, by the specialists for Narcotics Investigation, the IT citizen, passenger in a vehicle, was criminally prosecuted for the criminal offense “Failure to report a crime”.
The procedural materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance in Tirana, for further action.
