FULL DECISION
Scheduling 24, 25 and 26 January 2022 days off for one of the custodial parents of children, who attend / attend kindergarten or not, preschool and basic education, who are civil servants and other employees of public administration, central level and local, as well as in other state institutions.
The civil servants and the employees mentioned in point 1 of this decision, during this period, as far as possible, exceptionally, at the request of the direct superior or the head of the institution, can perform the most necessary functional tasks which are fulfilled in apartment conditions, via telework.
Due to the closure of kindergartens and educational institutions, as a result of the cold weather these days, unusual in the country, and the escalation of the spread of infection from COVID-19, we call on all private employers to find opportunities for the leave treatment of their employees, according to point 1, of this decision.
The institutions of state administration are in charge of the implementation of this decision, guaranteeing the necessary functionality of each institution.
