He consulted on the election with SP group leader Taulant Balla during a meeting Wednesday. Local elections are expected to be held in 6 municipalities: Shkodër, Vora, Durrës, Dibër, Rrogozhinë and Lushnjë. These 6 municipalities currently do not have a formal mayor.
