Lulëzim Masha, the administrator of the “Wilson” school, was traveling alone in the vehicle when he was shot with a silencer weapon at the Dry Lake underpass, in Tirana.
Sources say that after shooting, the perpetrator left the scene on foot, while the 63-year-old miraculously escaped from the shooting.
Meanwhile, the police have set up checkpoints at all entry and exit points in Tirana in order to catch the perpetrator, while any possible material evidence has been seized.
