Following the in-depth investigative actions carried out by the Sector for Investigation of Serious Crimes against Life and Property in DVP Tirana, under the direction of SPAK, for full clarification and documentation with legal evidence of the event that occurred on 25 February 2021, where the citizen BS, 66 years old, was shot dead, as a result of the investigations and evidence gathered, it became possible to identify the accomplice in this murder.
Based on the evidence gathered, the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime has imposed the security measure “Prison arrest”, for the citizen BL, 45 years old, resident in Larushk, Kruja.
Specialists of the Sector for Investigation of Serious Crimes against Life and Property in DVP Tirana have executed the security measure against this citizen, in the premises of Fushë Krujë prison, who is detained for the criminal offense “Domestic Violence”.
The materials were handed over to the Special Prosecution against Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana, in charge of the citizen BL, for the criminal offenses “Premeditated Murder” and “Illegal Possession of Weapons, Explosive Weapons and Ammunition”, committed in special cooperation, that of structured criminal group, “Structured criminal group” and “Committing criminal offenses by a criminal organization and structured criminal group”.
