Three people have been arrested and another has been prosecuted for various criminal offenses.
According to a press release, police say they have arrested the citizens:
al., 24 years old, after the Tirana Court of Appeals sentenced him to prison for the criminal offense “Illegal production and possession of hunting and sports weapons.”
E.Xh., 35 years old, after the Court of Tirana sentenced him to prison for the criminal offense “Irregular driving”.
MA., 48 years old, after being caught driving the vehicle, in a drunken state.
Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes in the Police Commissariat no. 4 referred the materials to the Prosecutor’s Office and are working to apprehend the citizen AD, 44 years old, after threatening the citizen YN, 56 years old, through social networks.
The materials were forwarded to the Prosecution at the Tirana Court of First Instance, for further procedural actions.
