There are a total of 107 polling stations, where according to Vokshi, citizens wait in long queues for hours, while further reporting the voting until 11:30:

In total, 11,680 Democrats voted until 11:30, while there is an influx in all polling stations, as Vokshi said.
Further, Vokshi adds that during the voting process some small incidents were recorded, while blaming Lulzim Basha and Prime Minister Rama.
“In total, by 11:30, 11,680 Democrats. All polling stations have an influx, we are all on the ground and will notify you on a case by case basis. There have been reports of incidents from our commissioners. They were isolated, which proves that both Rama and Basha wanted to prevent it. We have had cases from Rama and Basha who want to obstruct the Referendum process. I assure you that no one can stop the will of the Democrats to dismiss Basha. “They have been publicly denounced and the media and any legal procedure will be followed”, said Vokshi.
